WPS was appointed to upgrade the Birmingham school due to the large influx of students in the new academic year. We then worked to strict timescales, along with other contractors, to deliver the project within the summer holidays.

 

The project included the refurbishment of redundant storerooms and a staff room to suit 30-student classrooms, incorporating interactive whiteboards, blinds, full redecorations and transforming a large room into an ICT suite with bespoke fixed benching as well as all power and data requirements.

 

Due to the time restrictions and multi-contractor complexities, our consultation process included spatial, costing, and design management techniques. We are happy to report that we successfully supported our client to manage the changes within the building.
