The CDC project included the installation of 60min column casings and 60min bulkhead upstands, as well as the construction and sealing of extensive 60 min fire rated ceiling grid with all electrical allowances to illuminate warehouse.
The warehouse required a full line-marking design and the installation of storage bays, walkways and cross-hatching in front of access points.
We also provided a fully furnished, large scale office and amenities that including a toilet area with Digilocks for doors, fibre bonded carpets, and appropriate heating and cooling systems to satisfy building regulations.
The project’s large scale electrical works included a new mains board to service the mezzanine area, with all of the containment and distribution beneath the mezzanine. As well as new EM lighting, an extension to the fire alarm network, LED floods lights to the service area, full supply and installation of the dado within the offices and data throughout the warehouse.
We also undertook the final finishes as well as the supply and installation of internal and external signage.
